DISCLAIMER

School districts

Our services are free of charge to school districts. To qualify for the free pick ups, a school district must have enough “viable equipment” (see page ‘school districts,’ ‘learn more,’ ’viable equipment’) deemed so by an employee of Devine Owens Electronics Recycling LLC. In the case that a school district has mostly non-viable equipment, we will try to work out a system that is free of charge to remove that equipment. For further detail, see the ‘Contact’ page and call a Devine Owens representative.

Corporations

To qualify for a free one time pick up, a corporation must have enough “viable equipment” (see page ‘corporations,’ ‘learn more,’ ‘viable equipment’") deemed so by an employee of Devine Owens Electronics Recycling LLC. After the initial free pick up, the corporation will have the opportunity to continue using our services by contracting with us for the remainder of the year. Our yearly service charge is a flat rate of $875 and is charged either December or January at our discretion. At the end of the year, every corporation will again have the opportunity to renew our contract or forgo the contract and our services. If contracted with us, you are entitled to an unlimited number of pick ups throughout the year and we will pick up any and all equipment you have (whether it is viable or non-viable equipment). Promotions

All promotions for free services or money back are subject to change at any time deemed appropriate by The Devine Owens Management Team. If you enter an agreement for free service and meet all requirements then you will not be revoked the free service until the term of our agreement is up. We will give current clients sufficient warning of any and all changes in our service policies.

MISCELLANEOUS

The pictures used on our website are for visual aesthetics only. They are free pictures for the public and are not a direct representation of our business. However, they give our clients a general idea of what our business looks like, and what they can expect from our service. The pictures used on our ‘Team’ page are the only pictures we provided ourselves.
