Data destruction

All Hard Drives that enter our facility are erased with official KillDisk 11 Software. We utilize the latest, state of the art industrial hard driver eraser made by LSoft Technologies. Each hard drive is erased with the NFTS 1 pass verification process. All erase certificates are maintained for our record and our client’s records if they need this information.

TESTING

We ensure all equipment that enters our facility is properly tested. This helps us determine whether the specific equipment is at the end of its life or if it still has utility left.  If the equipment is deemed viable, we repurpose it to minimize our impact on the environment. If the equipment is deemed as at the end of its life we ensure that it is recycled properly. Utilizing testing protocols allows us to mitigate our impact on the environment as much as possible.

Asset Management

We record every item that enters our facility via serial number. We prepare a report for all of our clients so they have a record of all the equipment they recycled on each particular pickup. This maintains a level of professionalism, trust, and organization that is desired in our industry. We maintain these records for a minimum of 3 years. If you are in need of these records at any time within the 3 year period, we will provide them to you.
