A Unique Approach

Devine Owens takes a unique approach to helping corporations and businesses manage their overflow of electronic equipment. We make recycling electronics easy, affordable, reliable, and safe for your business or corporation.

We are currently offering a program where businesses who do not currently work with us can receive one free pickup as a trial for our services. We do not charge a per item handling fee. We do not charge transportation fees. We do not charge disposal fees. We do not charge asset management fees. All of our services are provided 100% free of charge for first-time clients.

When you sign up for our recycling program, your business is entitled to an unlimited amount of pickups. Whether you need 4 or 40 pickups, we will handle it. Devine Owens takes pride in keeping our clients' facilities clean of old electronics.

The Pick up

Devine Owens Electronics Recycling LLC makes the electronics recycling process very easy for your business. We understand the process can be labor intensive and even costly as it takes up employees’ time and energy. For that reason, we provide a crew who makes the process quick and simple. The crew will utilize company provided trucks and equipment to complete the task. They will bring several pallets, large carts to load the equipment, and shrink wrap. All we need for you to do is direct our crew towards the equipment that is ready to be recycled. Even if the equipment is in several rooms, on multiple floors, or in more than one building, our crew will handle the removal. At our warehouse, we utilize our own employees for the inventory, testing, and hard drive erasures. Devine Owens will save you money and time since you do not need your staff to accomplish the moving, hauling, inventorying, testing, or data protection.

asset management

Devine Owens also saves your business money and time by handling your asset management. Every time a pickup of equipment is completed at one of your facilities, the crew at Devine Owens Electronics Recycling LLC takes a completed inventory of all the viable pieces or we provide a weight of the type of equipment received. We record the type of equipment, serial numbers, and asset tag numbers or we record the weight of the amount of equipment recycled. We will then send this information back to you in the form of a certificate of destruction. This is a great way to keep track of the electronics that your business has released. The certificate of destruction serves as your release of liability. You have proof that your business has made a good hazardous waste determination.

data security

Data security is the final most important step in the process. We perform a military scan on every hard drive that enters our facility. We utilize KillDisk 11 Software to ensure erasure of all data stored on devices by making sure the medium is wiped or overwritten with “1” then with “0”. KillDisk 11 follows the US Department of Defense clearing and sanitizing standard Dod5220.22-M. You can be sure that your sensitive information is purged forever. If the computer cannot be accessed to perform the erasure procedure, the hard drive is destroyed. Your data security is of extreme importance to Devine Owens Electronics Recycling LLC. We have built our reputation and client following by providing superior service.

Viable Equipment

We ask that the majority of equipment be viable.

To keep our services 100% free of charge for our new promotion, we need a majority of viable equipment. This will allow us to keep our services financially feasible for both us and our clients. However, we do want to cater towards all of our clients and their specific needs. In the scenario that you may have mostly non-viable equipment, please call or e-mail us and we’ll explain how we can pick up your equipment and keep our services free of charge.

“It is our desire to help all businesses and corporations, large or small, no matter your situation or circumstances.”

- The Devine Owens Team

Non-Viable Equipment

We require a smaller percentage of Non-viable equipment.

To keep our full service electronics recycling package free of charge for our new promotion, we require that a minority of equipment be non-viable. However, we will work with your business or corporation throughout the year if you decide to contract with us in the future. At this point we will remove all of your non-viable electronics equipment. Call or e-mail us with any questions regarding non-viable equipment.

Miscellaneous Equipment

We will Take all of these items.

We require that there be a majority amount of viable equipment as opposed to non-viable equipment on a pick up. That being said, we will pick up all items in this category as well. These items will coincide with the viable and non-viable equipment for a pick up. We cannot do a pick up for the miscellaneous items alone. Call or e-mail us if you would like to inquire about us taking an item not listed here.
